Please allow 3-5 business days to receive your Trinkets after purchase has been made.

RETURNS:

You have 7 days from the receipt of arrival of your Trinket(s) to request a return for store credit or exchange.  Item(s) must still have tags (if applicable) and/or be in same condition of how you received the item(s).

To request a return for credit or exchange you must go to the "Contact" tab and send an email explaining the reason for your return and we'll in turn send you a TRN # (Trinket return number) to put on your package.

Store Credit/Exchange Policy:

Once issued a store credit, you will have 30 calendar days to use. After the 30th day, the credit then becomes void.

Return shipping will be the customer's cost. The first exchange will be the Boutique's cost. If there's a second return stemming from the same order process thereafter, additional shipping will be deducted from the remaining total price.
